Sign in to your provider, let Velo build its library, and learn the two buttons that drive everything on a remote.

Velo is a player. It shows the channels, movies and series from an IPTV service you already subscribe to, so the first thing it needs is that service's login.

Open Velo. The sign-in screen offers three ways in: type your provider's URL, username and password; paste an M3U playlist URL; or scan the QR code with your phone and fill the details in there with a real keyboard.

Scanning the QR is the easiest on a TV. It opens a page on your phone, served by the TV itself over your Wi-Fi. Nothing leaves your network.

Tap Send to TV. Velo verifies the details and signs in.
Getting things ready
On first sign-in Velo downloads your provider's full catalogue and program guide before letting you in, so nothing is missing later.

The setup screen shows each content type filling in, with a countdown. Large providers take a few minutes. If something fails it offers Retry rather than dropping you into a half-built library.

Finding your way around

Home shows your Continue Watching, Fresh Arrivals, New Episodes and favourites. The sidebar on the left holds Live TV, Movies, Series, Library, Favourites and Settings.

Press Back to open the sidebar. Pressing left at the edge of a grid does not open it — Back does. This is the single most useful thing to know on a remote.

Long-press OK on any tile for its menu: add to favourites, save for later, download, follow, and more. Almost every action in Velo lives behind a long-press.
